Lets say i want to create python virtual environment using python3

Make sure you have already installed python3

you may need to install pip & virtualenv if you dont have it before

sudo easy_install pip

sudo easy_install virtualenv

Adding a project in pycharm using this new virtual environment

if you would like to install any libraries and packages use terminal in pycharm and activate source and use pip to install
